Lords Design is proud to announce that our newest service is catering specifically to graphic designers and small businesses. We, as esteemed graphic designers, realize that our desire is simply to provide graphics professionals with the advantages of the latest appeal in color expression, through the easy use of metallic color, which brought about the reality of inkjet metallic color printing.

Until now, conventional inkjet printers have only been able to approximate metal-like tones by blending process colors (CMYK). Roland has developed a metallic silver ink that reflects light and sparkles, and Lords Design excels with this technology. Metallic silver ink contains silver pigment that achieves beautiful silver color printing, but can also be mixed with process colors to produce a wide spectrum of other metallic colors, including gold, bronze, titan black, blue, and green. We now have 512 available colors in order to provide a rich spectrum of metallic color expression!

The blending of metallic silver ink with process colors provides an infinite spectrum of color variation. This powerful range of expression is the greatest attraction of metallic inkjet printers.

Lords Design uses a method of giving new texture to metallic color expression. By using metallic ink to print minutely detailed textures (patterns) of light and shade, a finish with unique light reflection characteristics can be achieved. In addition, a variety of different expressions can be added to the printing surface, and using different textures, a wide range of tastes can be rendered.

These textures have been produced in response to comments and requests from design professionals and we will continue to evolve metallic color expression in order to respond to the needs of their limitless creativity.
